How to Use

AM Routine

Cleanser → Phloretin CF → Discoloration Defense → Sunscreen.

PM Routine

Cleanser → Discoloration Defense → SkinCeuticals retinol (selected strength).

Treatment Window

Pause Phloretin CF, Discoloration Defense and other active products 3–5 days before and 3–5 days after Pico. Stop retinol 5–7 days before treatment and resume 5–7 days afterward, only once redness and sensitivity have resolved. During the active-product pause, keep the routine simple with a gentle cleanser, moisturizer if needed, and sunscreen.

Retinol Guidance

Stop retinol 5–7 days before your Pico treatment. Resume 5–7 days afterward, once your skin is no longer red, irritated or sensitive. If your skin has not healed normally by the suggested restart date, continue to hold retinol and contact the clinic for guidance.
