How to Use

AM Routine

Cleanser → ALASTIN Regenerating Skin Nectar → C E Ferulic → ALASTIN Restorative Skin Complex → Sunscreen.

PM Routine

Cleanser → ALASTIN Regenerating Skin Nectar → SkinMedica retinol (when appropriate) → ALASTIN Restorative Skin Complex → Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2.

Treatment Window

Begin ALASTIN Regenerating Skin Nectar 2 weeks before CO2 treatment and continue it for 2 weeks after treatment. Nectar is used to precondition and support the skin before treatment, support healthy elastin and collagen renewal, and help calm post-procedure skin during recovery. Pause C E Ferulic and other non-Nectar active products 3–5 days before treatment. After CO2, hold active products for at least 3–5 days and do not restart them until the skin has sufficiently healed and is no longer raw, crusted or significantly irritated. Stop retinol 7 days before CO2 and restart only after provider clearance, typically around 4–6 weeks. Early post-CO2 skincare should follow the clinic’s provider-directed healing protocol.

Retinol Guidance

Stop retinol 7 days before your CO2 treatment. Do not restart until your provider confirms your skin has healed sufficiently — typically approximately 4–6 weeks after treatment.
