How to Use

AM Routine

LHA Cleanser (default) or Gentle Cleanser → Silymarin CF → Phyto Corrective Gel → Daily Moisture → Sunscreen.

PM Routine

LHA Cleanser or Gentle Cleanser → Phyto Corrective Gel → SkinCeuticals retinol (selected strength) → Daily Moisture.

Treatment Window

Pause LHA Cleanser, Silymarin CF and other active or treatment products 3–5 days before and after the peel. Stop retinol 7 days before treatment and resume approximately 7 days afterward, once peeling, sensitivity and irritation have resolved. Use Gentle Cleanser, Daily Moisture and sunscreen during the recovery window.

Stop retinol 7 days before your peel. Resume approximately 7 days afterward, once peeling, sensitivity and irritation have resolved. If your skin has not healed normally by the suggested restart date, continue to hold retinol and contact the clinic for guidance.
